Good news! We are OPEN and doing business! While so many things have changed, one thing has remained the same – our commitment to your safety.
You will see changes when it is time for your next appointment. These changes have been put in place to help protect our patients and staff. This is in accordance with the CDC and IDHP administrations, along with OSHA guidelines.
1. Our office will communicate with you at your confirmation of appointment call to ask you some screening questions.
2. We will ask you to use hand sanitizer upon entry, located at the front desk.
3. When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call the office at (618) 244-5120, and leave us with your number. We will then call you when we are ready for you. If you're minor child has an appointment, one parent or caregiver will be allowed in.
4. Your temperature will be taken once inside the building. You will be asked the same screening questions you answered prior to your appointment.
5. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This means that less appointment times will be available.
We are excited to see you again, and happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken to keep you and everyone safe. To make an appointment, please call our office at the number above.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming all of you back.
Sincerely,
Dr. Kathie Renner and staff
